About the service

Izimint is a platform for managing and topping up virtual cards (Mastercard or Visa), delivered through licensed issuers. Cards are issued by licensed card issuers.

Terms of use

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• Account responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account, password, and login credentials secure.
• Lawful use: You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
• No abuse: Any misuse of the platform, cards, or payment flows is prohibited.

Permitted use

Using Izimint cards and services for the following is prohibited:

• Illegal activities
• Money laundering
• Fraud and scams
• Any activity that violates applicable law or merchant policies

Crypto payments

• Crypto payments are irreversible after network confirmation.
• You are responsible for selecting the correct network.
• Payment must be completed before the invoice expires.
• Incorrect deposits or transfers to the wrong network may be unrecoverable.

Card issuance

• Issuance happens after payment confirmation.
• Typical issuance time is under one minute.
• In some cases it may take longer.

Top-ups

• Top-ups are credited after blockchain transaction confirmation.
• The top-up fee is 4.5%.

Fees

Current fees are shown on the Pricing page. If fees change, users will be notified before the change takes effect.

Risks

• Digital assets are volatile.
• Crypto payments are irreversible after network confirmation.
• You are responsible for sending supported assets to the correct address and network.

Card use responsibility

• You are responsible for using the card correctly.
• Merchant rules may vary by acceptor.

Privacy

• User information is not sold.
• Information is used only to provide the service.
